The Mustang Park HOA Board (Emily Bogda, Phillip Floyd, David Hoang and Narindra Sikka) will be mailing out a more detailed letter to Mustang Park homeowners to recap the Annual Meeting held on December 6, 2021. On behalf of the Board, here is a quick look at some of the issues that will be addressed in more detail in the letter. When you have a question, it is normally not at a convenient time. I normally get great questions, at 3 am. The Board at Mustang Park is trying to help with that. They have developed a Document, that will help you with those questions that you have, hopefully not at 3 am, with Answers.
The Homeowner Guidance document is located in the Homeowner Documents Section, and answers all sorts of questions. Everything from Fire Extinguisher Locations at the Clubhouse to playground maintenance, to information on the stain to use on your fence or garage. Click Full Story for more information.

We are excited to share this information with you!
As many of you have noticed, we now have cameras installed at the Mustang Parkway & Maverick Way entries.
These cameras will go a long way in assisting us with not only deterring crime, but also in providing a way to assist the police by providing clear information around what vehicles are in our community during an incident, should one occur. The decision to install these cameras comes after many months of looking at the community as a whole and reviewing which issues are common.
