Dear Mustang Park Homeowners,

Due to the current pandemic and spread of COVID-19, I am informing you of a few reminders on behalf of the Mustang Park Board of Directors.

We will be closing the Amenity Center- including the bathrooms and the gym until further notice. Your key cards will not work during this time.

In addition to closing the amenity center, would like to remind you to keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet while using the paths and walking trails around the neighborhood. This includes the benches and the playground equipment. Please remember that the virus is said to be able to be viable on hard surfaces (such as metal and hard plastic) for longer periods of time.

In regard to collections, if you are needing assistance and cannot pay your assessment in full right now, we understand. Payment plans are available to you and free of charge. Payment plans can be found on the HOA Website under Homeowner- Online Forms. Please note that you must register for the Website in order to complete the fillable payment plan form.

Please remember to take care of your yards and the exterior appearance of your home. Please remove weeds, keep your grass mowed, and trim bushes. If you need additional time to do this, please reach out to Legacy Southwest.

Now is a great time to be thinking about your Spring/Summer projects! Please remember that any exterior modification must be approved by the Board of Directors. These projects include pools, patios, planting trees, sheds, roof replacements, fence staining, etc. The ACC request form can be found on the HOA Website under Documents- Architectural Documents.
